There are 5 distinct stages when planning your video

Here is a quick guide to familiarize yourself with the process.

1. DISCOVERY & ESTIMATION

The first step is where we learn about your business, brand, your project and its objectives. We discuss options and variables, develop a proposal document with budgetary options.

2. PRE-PRODUCTION & DEVELOPMENT

After approval we begin planning and preparation. We research the subject and work with you to form the structure of the project. We establish a creative direction. Determine what resources are required and create a paper blueprint as well as a schedule.

3. PRODUCTION

This stage is where we hire crew, book locations. We think of everyone, and everything that is required and ensure it is where it needs to be for the shoot. We follow the blueprint created at the pre-production stage and film all nessessary elements.

4. POST-PRODUCTION

The editing stage is where we ingest the shot footage and begin to assemble each video. We create graphics, animated logos, music or any other creative you require. We work with you to review and approve and refine each video until it is finalized.

5. DELIVERY & DISTRIBUTION

Once completed there are a range of video content delivery methods and we can advise on the most suitable for you. In addition we can help you with online marketing and measuring response.
